new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice? This class is your starting point. Foundations focuses on the essential principles of Pilates—breath, alignment, control, and precision—using the reformer as your guide.

a seamless flow, building on the fundamentals. In this class, we move a little faster. full body, unilateral movement (one side at a time) with a spicy core finisher. note -- they highly recommend checking out the foundations class if you're newish to pilates.

where precision meets power. Designed for experienced clients with a strong foundation, this class moves intentionally through complex, full-body sequences. Expect dynamic transitions, lighter springs, deeper ranges, and minimal cueing—because you already know the work.Not for your first day. Exactly for your next level.

Classical Pilates is the original, systematic approach to body conditioning designed by Joseph Pilates. It focuses on a precise, predetermined sequence of exercises—often called "The Method"—that flows in a specific order to build strength, flexibility, and mind-body control. This class is taught in the same order each time. This is an intermediate level class, so we reccomend that you have some pilates experience before taking this class.

reformer or mat, why choose? this format combines the reformer basics with a classically-inspired mat flow. Great for those who are new to pilates, or just prefer a good old fashioned mat workout. Beginner friendly, but please be aware there are transitions on and off the floor.

All apparatus. So many ways to move. These classes are designed to use all of the Pilates equipment including the cadillac, the chair, and the ladder barrel. Currently, these are offered for 2 clients at a time and can be purchased per class or are included in the monthly Premium membership.

This session is designed for experienced clients who feel confident moving through a reformer workout independently. The studio is yours—flow through your own sequence, revisit familiar work, or explore what your body needs that day.

An instructor will be present for light guidance or questions, but the rhythm is entirely up to you. It’s an opportunity to deepen your practice, refine your intuition, and move without interruption.
